The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine exercises parliamentary control over the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, in particular the right of persons with disabilities to work.

In order to identify problems in the implementation of this right, gaps in the legislation, and issues that need to be addressed, we ask you to participate in the survey.

To ensure a comprehensive study of the issues and balance of interests, two separate questionnaires were developed:

We invite you to choose the appropriate questionnaire and share your experience. The results obtained will be used in a generalized form during parliamentary control and for the preparation of proposals for improving legislation and state policy in the field of ensuring the right of persons with disabilities to work.
