Corteva Agriscience, an international agricultural research company, has announced the launch of the TalentA-2026-2027 educational grant program for women farmers to strengthen and develop women's farming in the context of the full-scale war that Russia has unleashed against Ukraine. The Bukovina Regional Development Agency is the organizational partner of the program.

The program includes an online training hub that will cover a wide range of business management topics, as well as a grant program for participants.

The purpose of the grants is to develop or implement recycling and implement components of social responsibility, which will contribute to achieving sustainable development goals and meeting the urgent needs of territorial communities.

In 2026, the program's prize fund will be over 600 thousand hryvnias and will be distributed among the projects that receive the highest scores by decision of the expert council members.

Women who meet the established selection criteria can participate in the program: age 18 or older; living in a settlement with a population of up to 10,000 people or working at an agricultural enterprise registered in such a settlement and operating for at least a year.
