Today, September 24, at 3:00 PM, the Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, Oleksiy Kharchenko, will hold an online press conference on housing lending for internally displaced persons.

The reason was the continuation of the regional targeted housing lending program for IDPs from Luhansk region and their family members for 2025-2026: a new stage of accepting applications for a preferential long-term loan for the purchase of housing has begun.

Many IDPs from Luhansk Region have already heard about this program, and some of them have already received their own square meters. Now the number of those who will become homeowners will increase.

At the press conference, Oleksiy Kharchenko will tell which IDPs are eligible for a preferential loan and what categories of candidates the program provides. He will explain the main conditions of lending, where to go for advice, and answer other questions.
