Dear Ukrainians!
Today I held the Headquarters. The key thing is the maximum of our weapons to protect against Russian strikes on Ukraine. The main thing is our protection against jet "shaheeds" and to make our deep strikes against Russia even more frequent. The task is a thousand drones for long-range sanctions per day against Russia. Now on average, 300 plus our long-range sanctions, there should be more. There is a very specific goal, and we will fulfill this task. The Russians have chosen the tactic of increasing terror: constant air alarms one after another in Kyiv, unfortunately, it is the jet "shaheeds" that fly in. Similarly, in our other cities, communities - constant strikes on Kharkiv, Zaporizhia. Sumy region, Chernihiv region, Dnipro region, our Kherson. Ordinary civilian enterprises were damaged in Kyiv region. All, all of our countermeasures are already being used, and it is important that there is a significant acceleration in the production of interceptors specifically against such reactive “shaheeds” so that our deep strikes give Russia a greater sense of responsibility for their choice to continue this war.
Peace could have been long ago, but the only one who is not interested in peace is Moscow. They already have less gasoline, less exports, less logistics. For the first time in history, Russia is importing gasoline, spending budget funds actually to support oil companies. And there will be even more such losses for them if Russia does not want to talk normally about the end of this war. There were also reports from our military on Novorossiysk: our result is already being achieved, that not a single ship enters their Novorossiysk or leaves the port. And every such day without movement in Novorossiysk is a contribution to reducing Russia's war potential. We will definitely find ways to block their other ports. And we did not start this war and we are quite rightly responding to Russian actions.
Today we received information from the American side on the meetings in Moscow that took place these days. There were a number of meetings there. And we spoke the day before, we are still talking now with the American side. I thank you for the information, for the necessary tone of the conversation with Russia. We appreciate the consistency of the steps and the fact that America is promoting a completely realistic vision of what needs to be done and what needs to be done. Russia must end its war, we must create all the conditions for this to happen.
And one more thing.
Today, Prime Minister Koretsky reported, we discussed with parliamentarians that work on draft laws and government decisions that provide Ukraine with the necessary finances from partners is being accelerated as much as possible. It is important to work together in the fall and work so that all decisions that can support our army, our defense order, our supply to the front and to protect the sky are filled with resources. The Prime Minister is currently personally dealing with this, I am counting on the results. Every two weeks, there will be a detailed report from the Prime Minister on what is being done and what needs to be helped with. All defense tasks, all our social tasks in the interests of the people and full supply to the front must be completed.
