Today we honor the memory of the Defenders of Ukraine, who gave the most precious thing — their lives — for the independence, freedom, and territorial integrity of our state.

Every community has its sons and daughters who fell in the fight for a united and indivisible Ukraine. The price of our freedom is superhuman, and each fallen Hero leaves an incurable wound in the heart of the entire country.

Their feat is our responsibility and our eternal duty. We bow our heads before the Heroes. They do not die as long as we remember their names, as long as we continue their work.

To be worthy of their sacrifice means to act every day. To maintain unity when it is difficult. To support and strengthen those who are now on the front lines. To do everything possible so that the North, the community, the Luhansk region, all of Ukraine will definitely wait for Victory and flourish under a peaceful sky. It was for this future that they went to battle.

We bow our heads in deep respect. We remember each and every one.
