Briefly about today. In Zaporizhia, assistance continues to be provided to people who were injured during the night due to Russian strikes. As of now, 20 people have sought medical help. Among them are four children. Unfortunately, there is a Russian who died as a result of this strike. My condolences. In Kharkiv, there was a hard strike on the city center - on the buildings of the National Pharmaceutical University. Targeted - precisely on this educational institution. There are victims in Kherson due to shelling. A significant number of Russian drone strikes in Zaporizhia region, also in Donetsk, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Sumy regions. Russian terror continues every day, and every day the Russians reject the possibility of ending the war - of a ceasefire and of really talking about peace. We in Ukraine have positively received all the proposals of the United States of America and President Trump to stop all these strikes and killings. Ukraine has also proactively proposed various formats to end the war. It is Putin who is interested in the killings. Every day this war remains only his war - only Russia's war. And we expect the world to draw conclusions from this. Especially after the drone invasion of Poland, a country that is extremely important for the security of all of Europe. A country that respects America and President Trump so much. And it is important that Europe really feels that when it comes to Russia, it is not about this or that neighbor - it is about everyone. Otherwise, Russia will draw conclusions and only expand the war, and not necessarily against Ukraine.

Today, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine reported. First of all, about the situation with the fuel sector in Russia after our long-range sanctions. Thank you for the accuracy of the operators of Ukrainian drones, thank you to our manufacturers of both our drones and missiles. It feels like Ukrainian industry is gaining momentum. At the same time, there was a report on the intentions of the Russian leadership, in particular towards other countries. There is no friendly intention in Russia, and that is putting it mildly. The system there is being rebuilt to the possibility of war at any moment and against any enemy. This can only be stopped by sanctions, strong sanctions from the world, and our long-range capabilities.

And one more thing.

There was a report by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko. Regarding our sustainability, our development. It is important that the creation of jobs in Ukraine is a plus. I thank every business, every active leader of the region and community. We also discussed new support programs, employment support in Ukraine, and attracting specialists. There was a report on the parameters of the budget for next year. I instructed to fulfill all the social obligations of our state as fully as possible and increase support for people. Next year, we will increase teachers' salaries, increase scholarships for Ukrainian students. There are resources for this. In general, there will be 66 billion hryvnias more for education per year. We are also increasing healthcare. And we will launch an extremely important program of checkups - health checks, so that people can know what is needed, and so that this happens as early as possible, and at state expense. Government officials will present all the details.
