Dear Ukrainians!

The day after the massive Russian ballistic attack started hard. Thirty-five missiles, and the majority were ballistic. Almost 190 more drones of various types. The number of jet "shaheeds" is growing, and everyone in the world should see that, by dragging out this war, Russia is learning to kill with new methods, and certainly not only Ukrainians. There were hits on houses. The main target of the missiles is Kyiv, infrastructure in Kyiv, in the Kyiv region - in Brovary, Vyshneve. Nine people died. My condolences to the relatives and friends. Another 40 people were injured from this strike. There were strikes in the regions all day long. Constant terror of FPV drones in Kherson, in the cities and communities of the Dnipro region. Nikopol, Marganets, our other cities, Mykolaiv... There was a drone strike on an ordinary house in Odessa, there were also strikes on Zaporizhia, on communities in the Donetsk region, Sumy region. In total, dozens of people were injured. We need answers to this Russian terror. Real answers from the world. Of course, we see every leader and every country reacting. But the only strong response, it is fair, the response that really achieves the goal and helps people is additional support for us in Ukraine, for our people, for our state. There are Patriot missiles in the world, and it is important that partners make this political decision - the decision to transfer the necessary packages. The United States of America knows what we need. Europe knows what we need. Anti-ballistic missiles should protect people, not lie in warehouses. And every day of the absence of such appropriate assistance is important - it is an opportunity for Russia to kill our people.

I just held a meeting on sanctions, and now we also need to respond with additional and real sanctions. Every legal entity, every individual who helps enterprises in Russia produce ballistics - launchers, missiles, - supplies components, everything else they need - everyone should be under sanctions. And not only ours, but also our partners - there are still gaps in the jurisdictions of the G7. Our diplomats need to work on this.

Fuel direction: everything that is currently helping Russia to resume oil refining must be guaranteed to be stopped. We will also talk about this with Ukrainian ambassadors - a global meeting in the near future. Real results are needed in each direction - weapons for Ukraine, sanctions against Russia.

Just spoke with Umerov, Budanov, Kyslytsia and Palisa on diplomatic tasks with American partners. I expect that the coming weeks will not be empty. America knows how to be active.

There were reports today from Drapaty and Khmara on the front, on the use of our forces, on support.

I also just spoke with the President of the Emirates. I am grateful for the full understanding of the situation and the full support for all efforts for peace and greater security. Ukraine always helps those who help us, helps Ukraine, and this year the Ukrainians have significantly supported the security of our partners in the Gulf. Now we talked about how the Emirates can help us in Europe, in the Black Sea region. This concerns food security, it concerns the security of sea routes. I thank everyone who helps us! I thank everyone who protects lives, who saves people.
