The Severodonetsk community congratulated the Defenders of Ukraine

On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, a bright and moving event took place.

This day united patriotism, creativity, and gratitude to those who protect our peace and freedom.

The most honored guests of the event were the defenders who stand guard over our security, as well as the mothers of those who gave the most precious thing - their lives - for the freedom of Ukraine.
We greeted our Luhansk border guards and the mothers of the fallen Heroes with applause that did not subside for a long time.
The program was extremely eventful: from a patriotic concert to art exhibitions that showcased the talent and inspiration of our children and youth.

During the workshops, everyone could make guardian angels and add sincere words of support and love to the wishing tree for our military.
Guests eagerly joined in making creative creations together with our craftsmen from the "Dyvotsvit" circle.
Students of the art school traditionally presented painted tubes at the exhibition. They began to paint them on the Independence Day of Ukraine, and now these works of art are ready to help raise funds to support our defenders. Each work is a small work of art that not only pleases the eye, but also makes its contribution to the common cause.
At the beginning of the event, those present honored all those who died for Ukraine with a minute of silence.

The following addressed the attendees:
Deputy Head of the Seversko-Donetsk MVA Tetyana Stekhina
First Deputy Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Oleksiy Smirnov
Head of the Seversko-Donetsk District State Administration Roman Vlasenko

Roman Vlasenko presented the Badge of Honor of the Seversko-Donetsk District State Administration - the award "UKRAINE - HOLY MOTHER OF HEROES" to Seversko-Donetsk volunteer Yuriy Shyrokov, who actively supports our military and provides assistance with the evacuation of civilians.

The Severodonetsk community also received several copies of the publication "Essays on the History of Luhansk Oblast." Roman Vlasenko handed them over, noting that these historical books about our land will be in all hubs of the Luhansk Oblast communities.

The children presented our defenders with handmade amulets, letters, and drawings, and also presented a wishing tree - with the strongest words of support.

The members of our community and Dnipro prepared performances.
The exemplary choreographic collective "Grand Prix" of the Center for Extracurricular Education "Dyvosvit" of the Seversko-Donetsk Department of Education (director Svitlana Rosadkina) and the soloists of the vocal ensemble "Forest Song" of the Seversko-Donetsk Palace of Culture (director Augustina Zhuravel), and the folk choreographic collective "Happy Childhood" (director Tetyana Domashenko) were impressive with their emotionality and energy.
The soulful song was presented by the vocal ensemble "Suzir'ya" of the Seversko-Donetsk Palace of Culture (conductor Svitlana Tysyachna).
The "TBN" band, which united residents of Seversk-Don, Lysychan, and Dnipro, was unsurpassed in the performance of modern Ukrainian lyrics.

This day proved once again: when patriotism is combined with creativity and the desire to support each other, the true strength of the community is born.
Thank you to everyone who joins in and supports our defenders. Together we are stronger!
