I wish you health, dear Ukrainians!

Today I want to especially thank all our soldiers who are inflicting really significant losses on Russia. Losses on the front. Losses in the border area. Losses on Russia's own territory due to our long-range strikes. The most effective sanctions - the sanctions that act the fastest - are fire on Russian oil refineries, their terminals, and oil depots. The Russian oil industry has been significantly restricted, and this significantly restricts the war. The Russian war is actually a function of oil, a function of gas, and all other Russian energy resources. I thank the special forces of the Security Service of Ukraine, who recently worked very efficiently in Primorsk. Russia's largest oil terminal on the Baltic Sea. There is significant damage, everything has been checked. And this is noticeable to the enemy. Our special forces also keep an eye on the port of Ust-Luga and all other Russian points of entry to the world market. Currently, drones of the Security Service of Ukraine are capable of operating at a distance of more than a thousand kilometers. The Special Operations Forces, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Foreign Intelligence Service, and the GUR are also working. Thank you all for your accuracy. When there is a result, we celebrate the result. Russia could have stopped this war a long time ago - and we have offered it. Our partners have offered it. Many times. Russia refuses everything related to peace. Accordingly, we defend ourselves. And it is important that we are constantly expanding the line of weapons that we produce and use. Of course, the details are very sensitive. But I also want to thank every Ukrainian company that provides us with this force. We will not name the companies. For now. They already know who will use which weapons. It is important that we have such companies. It is important that they increase their volumes. It is important that we, at the state level, support every business that strengthens Ukraine's defense capability and returns justice to us. I also want to mention the manufacturers of our drones, especially interceptor drones – we are increasing the volume, and it is important that the development of such drones does not stop. Technological warfare requires constant changes, and I thank all engineers, developers, every enterprise, everyone who helps, every volunteer of ours – everyone who supports our defense at the proper technological level. The defense of Ukraine is truly a joint task. And we are ready to teach all partners such defense. Everyone sees that the Russians are scouting how to bring the war to the territory of Poland and the Baltic states. The Russian army is also testing Romania. Of course, NATO has Patriots, other systems, and strong fighters, but against the Russian Shaheds and Gerbers, we in Ukraine have much cheaper, more massive, and systemic solutions. It is important not to waste time.

There was a report today by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrsky. There are good results in the border area of ​​Sumy region. Our units continue to advance towards the state border of Ukraine. Thank you to the soldiers of the 225th separate assault regiment and the 71st chasseurs brigade. Also, significant losses for the Russians in the Kharkiv region - in Kupyansk and in the Donetsk region. We continue to operate in the Dobropol direction. It is important that the Russian assaults are repelled by the guys. Special gratitude to the soldiers of the 1st, 225th and 425th separate assault regiments, the 79th and 82nd airborne assault brigades. Well done, guys.
