Dear Ukrainians!

There was a new use of missiles from North Korea by Russia - in a strike against Ukraine, on the night of this day. Ballistics against Kyiv, against Zaporizhia from several Russian regions. Unfortunately, there are casualties. My condolences to all loved ones. Dozens of people were injured in the strikes. The situation in Zaporizhia was especially tough. Also, throughout the day today, strikes by drones of various types on frontline cities and villages from Sumy to Kherson regions continue. Nighttime missile strikes were from the territories of the Russian Kursk, Rostov, Oryol and Voronezh regions. Now there was a threat again through ballistics. And when we respond to such Russian strikes - we respond to their facilities - this should be interpreted exclusively as a completely fair reaction to the Russian war, to the constant terror against Ukraine, against our people. Today, our applications were appropriate - medium-range sanctions and long-range sanctions against Russia and against oil industry facilities, against logistics, against military infrastructure. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine reported on this. We will continue in response. Ukraine definitely does not need war, if Putin wants war so much that he has now gotten into another loud political manipulation with his pseudo-elections, and gotten into it so much that he is afraid to see even a single party on the election list that at least said something about the need for peace - he removed the Yabloko party - then his priorities are absolutely obvious. There was a report by the GUR of the Ministry of Defense - Oleg Ivashchenko - on the preparation of Russian mobilization. Everything is confirmed by internal Russian documents, they are being prepared for the fall, just after the imitation of the parliamentary elections. Putin's plan is not particularly complicated: he wants to portray that the Russians seem to support the war - just all the parties that are still allowed are against peace in one way or another. And then, after the so-called elections, he plans an additional rapid mobilization of several hundred thousand Russians by the end of the year, plus the same number for the following year. This is in addition to the recruitment that they are trying to carry out under contracts. The losses of the Russian contingent on the territory of Ukraine are at least 30 thousand people every month, and 60 percent of them are killed. The total number of the occupation army on our land has gradually decreased thanks to our active actions and, above all, our use of drones. Now Putin thinks that additional mobilization and the involvement of the military from North Korea will allow him to drag out this war and increase Russian assault activity. We are preparing for our active actions and maximum complication for Russia in implementing such plans. I have assigned the appropriate tasks to our intelligence and special services of Ukraine.

There was a report from the negotiating team. We conveyed our proposals to the American side. And America can help our defense, primarily with air defense, and put pressure on Russia to have different plans: to prepare for the end of the war, not to prolong it.
