A regional hotline has been launched to protect children's rights and return them from detention centers and places of deportation.

Hotline

The issue of returning to Ukraine orphans and children deprived of parental care who are currently abroad or remain in temporarily occupied territories is one of the priorities of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

"Due to the rapid occupation of the region, a significant number of orphans and children deprived of parental care remained in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk Oblast. Currently, there are 521 children with this status there. In order to expand opportunities for direct contact with the authorities regarding the necessary assistance in returning children and their legal representatives to Ukraine, the Luhansk Oblast Regional State Administration has introduced a separate "hotline", - said the head of the regional state administration Oleksiy Kharchenko.

The "Hotline" for the protection of children's rights and their return from TOT and places of deportation works daily from 8:00 to 20:00 at the following numbers: 063 306 48 50; 066 833 68 31.
