On the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky, together with the country's top military leadership, honored the feat of Ukrainian soldiers and laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen Defenders of Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian War.

"We cherish the memory of every name, every story, every hero, who are now part of the great history of our state. We appreciate the feat of each and every one. Eternal memory to the fallen soldiers. Eternal gratitude," Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted on social networks.

The Minister of Defense Yevheniy Khmara, Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Vyhivskyi, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ihor Skybyuk, Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Ihor Klymenko, Head of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, and Head of the State Security and Defense Council Oleh Ivashchenko honored the memory of the fallen soldiers with a minute of silence.
