A PERSONAL RECEPTION OF CITIZENS WAS HELD BY THE LEADERS OF THE MAIN DEPARTMENT IN THE HUMANITARIAN HUB OF THE SYVERSKODONETSKA COMMUNITY IN TERNOPOL

On April 23, a personal reception was held in Ternopil by the Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Luhansk region, Pavlo Baranov.

During the reception, 10 people sought consultations.

Visitors were interested in various aspects of pension provision, in particular the issue of digitizing work books, which is an important stage for preserving and accounting insurance experience in electronic form. The issues of recalculating pensions for persons affected by the Chernobyl disaster, as well as recalculating payments for pensioners who continue to work, were also raised.

Particular attention was paid to the procedure for identifying pension recipients, which is a necessary condition for further accrual of benefits, especially for internally displaced persons. In addition, citizens asked questions about the resumption of previously suspended benefits and confirmation of existing work experience in cases of loss or absence of documents.

During the reception, each applicant was provided with individual explanations and practical recommendations on resolving the issues raised, as well as further steps to obtain the necessary services and restore pension rights.
