The Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, within the framework of implementing state policy on maintaining contact with Ukrainian citizens abroad, ensuring the realization of their rights and interests, as well as creating conditions for voluntary return to Ukraine and further reintegration, is working on the issue of creating a digital platform "Home".

The "Dodomu" platform is being created as an information and navigation tool for Ukrainian citizens who are abroad or considering returning to Ukraine. The platform, among other things, plans to post verified information about state and other services, support programs, opportunities for territorial communities, as well as about organizations and centers whose activities are aimed at supporting Ukrainian citizens abroad.

When forming the information content of the platform, special attention is paid to organizations and centers whose activities are aimed at supporting Ukrainian citizens abroad, promoting the realization of their rights and interests, maintaining ties with Ukraine, supporting Ukrainian identity, and providing educational, cultural, social, legal, humanitarian, information and consulting, and other services.
