Attention internally displaced persons of the Siverskodonetsk community and visitors to our Humanitarian Hub of the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration of the Luhansk region!
Within the framework of the National PULSE Consortium, coordinated by the Charity Organization "Right to Protection Foundation", which is funded with the support of UK aid from the UK government (support for this project in Ukraine by the UK government is provided through the SHARP component of its Humanitarian Assistance, Recovery and Protection Program), from January of this year, lawyers of the Right to Protection Foundation will regularly provide free legal services based on our Gumhub in the city of Dnipro, ensuring the implementation of the Humanitarian Response Plan to the Consequences of Armed Aggression against Ukraine.
The provision of services by lawyers of this organization in the premises of our Hub at the address: Dnipro, Petro Kalnyshevsky Avenue, 27K will take place on May 27, 2026. Reception of citizens is planned from 10:00 to 14:00. The reception will be carried out by Shpakov E.O., a consultant on judicial proceedings.
We would also like to inform you in advance that the fund's lawyers are planning to meet with citizens every Wednesday. If you are unable to personally arrive at the Hub premises on the specified days of the week to meet with the fund's lawyers, you can make an appointment at the fund's office by calling the Hotline numbers listed below, or use the services of the Hotline's legal operators and receive services remotely.
During consultations, you can receive individual or group legal assistance, including written and oral explanations and recommendations of a legal nature, support, and, if necessary, full representation in government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and courts (for categories of citizens who are in a vulnerable position and under the conditions of eligibility according to the criteria of vulnerabilities, priority, and protection established by the Fund).
Lawyers will, in particular, but not exclusively, advise on the following issues:
access to compensation for damaged or destroyed housing;

ensuring registration of ownership of housing in the State Register of Property Rights to Housing (State Register of Property Rights to Housing);
