The Defense Council of the Luhansk region considered 23 requests from military units for the allocation of subventions from the local budget for the purchase of logistical (evacuation) UAVs, electronic warfare equipment, vehicles, and other special equipment.

Despite the fact that the submitted proposals were previously processed by the Transparency and Accountability working group, two applications worth almost UAH 10.0 million were rejected.

Only 21 requests from Defense Forces units for the amount of UAH 120.2 million were approved for funding.

Assistance from the communities of Luhansk Region will be received by: 81st Separate Airmobile Slobozhansk Brigade, 16th Army Corps, 60th Separate Mechanized Ingulets Brigade, 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, 3rd Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, 3rd Separate Regiment of Special Operations Forces named after Prince Svyatoslav the Brave, military unit A4789, 18th Slavic Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, 3rd Border Detachment named after Hero of Ukraine Colonel Yevheniy Pikus, 110th Separate Territorial Defense Battalion, 125th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade, 10th Army Corps, 153rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, Kramatorsk Border Detachment , 428th Separate Battalion of Unmanned Systems "Shadow".

For these units, unmanned aerial vehicles "VIY Opto", "General Chereshnya AIR", DJI Matrice 4T quadcopters, "Avenger" unmanned aerial systems, "Last Shadow" interceptor UAV, and specialized vehicles will be purchased.
