The Head of State recognized citizens for their significant personal contribution to the development of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve, the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of the Ukrainian people, fruitful scientific research, and charitable activities, and on the occasion of the 975th anniversary of the founding of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.

In particular, the Order of Merit of the 3rd degree was awarded to Robertas Gabulas, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania, Head of the Crown of the Princes of Ostroh Charity Foundation.

He contributed to the long-term financing of the reconstruction of the monument to Prince Konstantin Ostrohsky in the Assumption Cathedral of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and the support of exhibitions of Ukrainian museum collections in Lithuania, helps the children of Ukrainian Defenders, and participates in rehabilitation programs for Ukrainian soldiers.
