In these blessed days, we especially keenly feel the power of unity, the importance of family warmth, and the indomitability of the human spirit.

After all, in every home, in every corner where there are Luhansk residents, today a common prayer sounds for peace, for the Defenders, for the return to their native cities and villages, for the restoration of our region.

We believe: just as dawn comes after a dark night, so after difficult trials the bright time of the revival of the Luhansk region will definitely come.

Today, despite all the challenges, trials, and pain brought by the war, the Luhansk region remains alive in the hearts of its people — those who defend Ukraine on the front lines, those who work for the future of the state, and those who were forced to leave their native home, but whose thoughts return to it every day.
