During the project, stories of residents of Luhansk region were collected, personal memories, photographs, and objects that maintain a connection with home were processed.

In the program:

- the exhibition "Packaged Memories" - stories of residents of Luhansk region, supplemented with artifacts, video, audio and animation;

- exhibition "Code of Luhansk Region" - about the cultural heritage, traditions and features that shape the identity of our region;

- photo exhibition "Places, People, Memory" - Luhansk region through photographs from family archives and personal collections;

- a living library – an opportunity not just to read history, but to meet its authors, talk and hear about Luhansk region directly from people who know and remember it;

- communication with fellow countrymen - a time for meetings, acquaintances and conversations about hometowns, villages, families and shared memories.

Residents of Luhansk Region who want to share their own story in the format of a living library can indicate their wish during preliminary registration.

The project is implemented by the NGO "Center for Joint Development "Dyeva Hromada" in partnership with the Luhansk Regional Museum of Local Lore, the NGO "Art-Residence Plus-Minus" and the Starobilsk District State Administration as part of the project "Heritage. Space for Work" with the support of the international charitable foundation "IZOLYATSIA. Platform of Cultural Initiatives" and the "Partnership for a Strong Ukraine" program, which is funded by the governments of Great Britain, Estonia, Canada, Norway, Finland, Switzerland and Sweden.
