As of early March, citizens of Luhansk Region have already filed more than 70 declarations of property and income. In total, UAH 42 million in income received in 2025 was declared.

According to the results of the declaration, citizens have determined that they will pay UAH 1.3 million in personal income tax and military levy. This is almost UAH 800,000 more than in the same period last year.

Among the most common sources of declared income are:

- inheritance and donation;

- foreign income;

- income from property rental;

- other taxable income;

- investment income.

At the same time, 9 citizens declared income of over 1 million hryvnia.

In addition, 20 citizens declared their right to a tax discount. The total amount of personal income tax they determined before returning it from the budget is 111.5 thousand hryvnias. This is almost 40.8 thousand hryvnias more than last year.

The declaration campaign lasts until May 1. To receive a tax discount, the declaration must be submitted by December 31 of the year (inclusive).
