On September 12, in Kamianets-Podilskyi, the Defender from Seversko-Donetsk, soldier Serhiy Vyacheslavovich Tyunder, was mourned with sorrow and gratitude.

The soldier was born on April 12, 1985. In August 2023, he was drafted into military service and became a rifleman of the second infantry division of the third infantry platoon. Faithful to his oath and his people, Serhiy fulfilled his duty to the Motherland until the last. On June 24, 2024, he died in battle near the settlement of Sokil, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region, defending the freedom and independence of Ukraine.

The Hero was buried on the Walk of Fame of the city cemetery.
