Dear Ukrainians!
Today, in various cities and regions, work continued all day after the Russian strike. In Lviv, rubble was cleared, people were searched. In the Dnipro region, in Radushne near Kryvyi Rih. There, a ballistic missile hit a house right in front of it - an ordinary house of an ordinary family. Children died, parents... My condolences to everyone who lost their relatives and friends today. In Radushne, the Russians used a missile from North Korea for the first time in a long time - these are the preliminary data. Of course, there will be more examinations, everything will be checked, but as of now, this is North Korean ballistics. The alliance of Moscow scum with the crazy regime in North Korea for the sake of missiles, for the sake of the North Korean contingent here, in Europe, on our borders, for the sake of the murder of our Ukrainian children.
Of course, today many in the world condemned this strike. There was a lot of sympathy for the loss of people. European countries declared a lot of things because of the Russian missile that flew into the territory of Poland and exploded somewhere in a field near Lublin. The most important thing is not just sympathy and not just condemnation, but missiles for air defense, exactly the kind of pressure on Russia that can stop this stupid Russian war, all their strikes, their terror. It was possible to end this war a long time ago, but Putin does not want it. He is looking for some kind of weapon in North Korea, then somewhere in Iran, then he is inventing something else. Everything to continue fighting, to continue killing. An evil that can only be stopped with sufficient force. This has happened more than once in the history of our people, our nation. For the first time now – only the unity that we have ensured, our maximum unity with the world. Our cooperation is our ability to protect lives, now in its fifth year of full-scale war. Missiles for air defense, primarily Patriot missiles, but also for Nasams, for Iris, for Hawks, our other systems, is a key priority. I very much hope that all partners, primarily our American partners, our friends in Europe, will feel that real human lives depend on whether they help us or whether they help Ukraine.
Today there were meetings with our military – the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Chief of the General Staff, the Minister of Defense, the relevant deputy head of the Office. There was a meeting with the Security Service. It is important that everyone, everyone works in command mode. We worked as quickly as possible to find what is necessary from our partners, to convince them to help us more and to respond asymmetrically to the Russians' attacks. There are steps, there are decisions that we agreed on today and that we really need. There will be more of our deep strikes so that this Russian war returns to where it came from, and so that the Russians know and feel who is the only one who does not want to end this war. And the reason is only in Moscow. It is important that the world does not just sympathize with us, but really helps to deal with this.

We spoke today with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Koretsky and the Minister of Infrastructure Mykola Kalashnyk. We are preparing the National Security and Defense Council for the implementation of resilience plans in the regions by the beginning of next week. Unfortunately, much has not yet been done in the regions. Each region must catch up. Second: we discussed in detail the challenges on the railway due to Russian strikes, in general due to logistics, the challenges in Odessa due to constant Russian terror. There are things that need to be done - it is not public yet - to add capabilities to our logistics. And third: I instructed to attract more forces for work in frontline and border communities - namely, protective work - on roads and infrastructure facilities. I thank the Prime Minister for a very thorough approach to this. Results are needed. I thank everyone who is defending Ukraine, defending life! Eternal memory to all our people who died in the Russian war.
