"Yesterday, the enemy again intended to advance near Hrekivka in Luhansk Region. In total, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 assault attempts in the Lyman direction. On the territory of our region, the Russians struck with mortars and artillery. They carried out 12 drone drops and tried to hit with three fpv drones," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the regional military administration.

For several years, the population remaining in Lysychansk has not been able to use mobile communications. A corresponding ban imposed by the occupiers is in force in the territory of the three cities - along with neighboring Rubizhne and Siverskodonetsk. They offer to use payphones and home wired communications. However, in Lysychansk, most applications for the installation of a landline telephone have been rejected, because the city allegedly lacks the appropriate equipment.

In almost every community occupied in 2022, the invaders continue to "nationalize" residential real estate. They have invented grounds according to which the housing included in the list should be "squeezed" within 30 days if the owner does not confirm his rights to it. This time, they are "looking for" residents of several apartments in two high-rise buildings in Rubizhne.
