The so-called Ministry of Construction and Housing of the "LPR" has acknowledged the mass demolition of cultural and architectural heritage sites in the occupied Luhansk region. However, the invaders have blamed the destruction of historical space on the current Russian legal mechanisms. These loopholes allow, without violating any norms, to consistently destroy cultural heritage.
