"Over the past day, the Russians in Luhansk region conducted dense shelling along the line of combat contact, using all available weapons," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, the head of the region. "They hit twice with barrel artillery. In two more cases, with automatic grenade launchers. They also used mortars. They made seven UAV drops and tried to attack with five FPV drones."

The shortage of personnel in the so-called "LPR" is observed in almost all areas. The most problematic areas are healthcare and education. There is a shortage of more than six thousand specialists. The largest shortage is in medicine, where 3,682 vacancies are currently relevant. The best specialists have been evacuated away from Russia. Young people are not leaving. In turn, the local occupation authorities cannot provide proper working conditions. And state programs to attract personnel from the Russian Federation are extremely ineffective.

In the occupied Luhansk region, 21 sites for classes and completing the "Ready for Labor and Defense" standards are already operating. The long-forgotten Soviet relic has been decided to be remembered in the Russian Federation and the "LPR". Soon the invaders promise to open nine more such sites. Russia promises to provide a tax discount to those who successfully complete all the standards. Special attention is paid to the physical fitness of men.
