"Yesterday, the Russians, shelling the territory of Luhansk region, tried to hit with mortars four times, and twice with automatic grenade launchers. They carried out five drone drops and directed five FPV drones towards the Ukrainian Defenders," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the regional military administration.

They prepared the building for major repairs and disappeared, which is a common practice for Russian tour operators. Residents are still waiting for a new contractor. Work has not yet resumed. The building stands half-dismantled.
