"Russian troops carried out 19 shellings of the territory of Luhansk region. The enemy focused mainly on the use of drones: 16 explosives were dropped from UAVs and one FPV drone was used; in addition, the enemy opened fire from a mortar and an automatic grenade launcher. The enemy also tried to penetrate our defenses 17 times, attacking in particular in the area of ​​the village of Nadiya," informs Oleksiy Kharchenko, Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

Due to the accident at the pumping station, a significant part of the Luhansk region was left without a stable water supply. According to local sources, water supply to more than two dozen settlements has been completely stopped, including Perevalska, Zorynska and Slovyanoserbska, while in Alchevsk, Bryanka, Kadiivka (Stakhanov) and Irmino the supply volumes have decreased by 50-60%. The outages also affected Luhansk itself, where water supply is significantly limited in several large areas. The occupation authorities promise to resume the network only after the equipment is repaired. The communal crisis in the regional center is being exacerbated by the critical state of household waste removal and street unsanitary conditions. Despite numerous appeals from residents, the occupation administration has been ignoring the problem for months, and natural landfills are being eliminated only occasionally and purely for show - under the lenses of video cameras.

In occupied Siverskodonetsk, a critical humanitarian and security situation persists, accompanied by complete stagnation of infrastructure. According to local residents, contrary to the statements of the Russian administration, no restoration or construction work is being carried out in the settlement. The city is still cut off from free communication, and the cost of an hour of Internet use, which is distributed underground, reaches unbearable amounts. People complain about difficult living conditions, depressed morale, and the inability to travel outside the region due to restrictions imposed by the occupiers.
