He carried out six drops from drones," the head of the region, Oleksiy Kharchenko, informed, adding that the invaders tried to advance 16 times in the Lyman direction. The fighting took place near six settlements.

The Kremlin has decided to increase the total number of the Russian Armed Forces by 27 thousand people. Of these, 25 thousand people will be military personnel. The occupiers will have more than 2 million 426 thousand people in the Russian Armed Forces, including 1 million 535 thousand people directly in the military. The corresponding changes will take place from August 1. In practice, this does not mean a one-time call-up of an additional 25-27 thousand Russians. From now on, the Russian Federation will mobilize and contract 25 thousand more people than before. The more losses, the greater the recruitment. It is expected that residents of the occupied territories of Luhansk Region will feel the strengthening of forced mobilization immediately after the September elections to the State Duma.

The so-called "LPR" has adopted changes that simplify the admission process for school graduates who received a negative grade during the state final certification.
