"Russian occupation forces shelled the territory of Luhansk region 19 times. In particular, they carried out nine attacks using FPV drones and drone drops, seven attacks from automatic grenade launchers, two using barrel artillery and one mortar strike. Enemy forces tried to penetrate Ukrainian defenses 18 times, in particular by storming the village of Novyi Mir on the border of Kharkiv and Luhansk regions," reported Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional state administration.
A rapid deterioration of living conditions is being recorded in the Luhansk region. In particular, over the past 24 hours, landscape fires have covered about 110 hectares in the Stanychno-Luhansk and Krasnodon districts, where due to strong winds, the fire spread to 60 hectares in a day and created a serious threat to the private sector.
The Russian authorities continue to implement initiatives that strengthen public control and openly ignore the real problems of people in the occupied territories of Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation is introducing a mechanism for mandatory identification of hosting users through the “Gosuslugi” portal, requiring each allocated IP address to be assigned to a confirmed profile of the person. According to experts, this will deal a critical blow to the VPN services market. The system may finally make it impossible for Ukrainians on TOT to use foreign and Ukrainian resources and freely receive information beyond Russian propaganda.
