Twice - from mortars and automatic grenade launchers. The invaders' combat missions were carried out by six drones," Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, informed.

The many times announced by the Russians reconstruction of the destroyed cities and villages of the so-called "LPR" will not happen. As stated in the "LPR Ministry of Construction", only seven cities have the prospect of housing development. These are Luhansk, Alchevsk, Kadiivka, Golubivka, Dovzhansk, Sorokin and Anthracite. All of them were captured in 2014 and suffered practically no damage. According to the invaders, it is in these cities that people with purchasing power live. At the same time, the fate of Popasna, Rubizhne, Severskodonetsk, Lysychansk and other settlements that the Russians destroyed in 2022 does not concern them. Demonstrative restoration there will be limited to painting facades and patching roofs.

The occupiers raided restaurants and shops in Siverskodonetsk, where it was possible to use the Internet for a fee. Until recently, the population, which has not had access to the network for several years, had at least some options to communicate with relatives without leaving the city. Currently, the equipment has been confiscated - it is impossible to connect to the Internet there.
