The Russians are going to "nationalize" 150 commercial properties in Luhansk. Following residential real estate in the city, non-residential properties have also been inspected. So far, about 150 buildings have been found there that show signs of being ownerless. Among them may be not only long-abandoned properties, but also those where the owner has not appeared for only three months, or if the utility bill has not been paid.

It is almost impossible to cast your vote for a project that the occupation authorities promise to start restoring next year in many settlements. In particular, in frontline cities, the Internet is completely disconnected. No connection - no restoration. This has led to the fact that the cities captured by Russia in 2014, which practically avoided hostilities and destruction, are winning the vote. These are Alchevsk, Rovenky, Khrustalny. Residents of destroyed settlements have once again become hostages of the conditions that Russia has created for them.
