Over the past day, the Russians have been firing on the territory of Luhansk region with all available weapons. In particular, in 11 cases they struck with artillery. They also fired mortars and automatic grenade launchers. They carried out two air strikes. They carried out seven UAV drops and directed nine FPV drones towards the Ukrainian defenders.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked nine times near five settlements.

In order to increase turnout in the September elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the so-called "LPR" allowed voting outside the place of registration. Possible fraud was legalized within the framework of the "Mobile Voter" program. Now it is enough to be within the occupied Luhansk region at least a day before voting day and submit a corresponding application in paper form. It is difficult to track the number of applications from one person.

The occupation authorities do not hide the fact that it is extremely difficult to reach emergency numbers in Siverskodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne. Mobile communication has been disconnected there for several years. Despite the fact that these calls have recently become possible to make from a smartphone as an exception, the quality of communication remains low. In most cases, the population cannot reach either rescuers or an ambulance.
