"The Russians used all the available weapons in the past day in Luhansk region. In particular, in eight cases they hit with barrel artillery. They struck with mortars and multiple launch rocket systems. They carried out 12 drone drops and directed six FPV drones at the fortifications of the Ukrainian defenders. They carried out two air strikes," Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional military administration, informed.

The enemy attacked in the Lyman direction 11 times near seven settlements.

Due to the low rates of re-registration of vehicles in the so-called "LPR" during 2022-2026, the Kremlin decided to extend the procedure until the end of 2027. It applies to cars that were registered under Ukrainian legislation or under the procedures introduced in the "LPR" until December 31, 2025. Those who wish to do so are also promised the cancellation of customs payments, disposal fees, and state duty. They hope, finally, for mass adoption.
