"The enemy fired three times from artillery at the positions of Ukrainian defenders in our region. Six times he fired from mortar installations. He tried to strike with 11 drones," Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk region, informed. "On the Lymanskaya sector of the front, the Russians attacked 26 times yesterday, trying to advance in the areas of seven settlements."

In the so-called "LPR" preparations for the heating season are being failed in all cities, where communications, which were last restored before the Russian occupation, began to collapse over time. One of the most difficult situations has developed in Alchevsk. For 12 years, the occupation authorities did not pay attention to the state of the heating network. Until last winter, the city collapsed. Currently, out of 150 km of heating mains, only 5.5 km - a little more than 3% - have been prepared for the autumn-winter period.

Another 23 enterprises in the so-called "LPR", which are engaged in the sale of food products, were forced by the occupation authorities to limit the trade markup to 5%. With these methods, the invaders are trying to artificially restrain inflation from the consumer. This leads to the fact that business entities have to barely stay "afloat". Some are operating at a loss. In total, 213 businesses that are implementing activities in the occupied territory of Luhansk region have already come under Russian pressure.
