"Over the past 24 hours, the invaders used mortars, automatic grenade launchers, and barrel artillery in the territory of our region. The enemy's combat missions were carried out by 11 drones and FPV drones, " said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

In total, in the Lyman and Slovian directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled twelve enemy attempts to advance near eight settlements.

In the so-called "LPR" and in the regions of the Russian Federation, a list of debtors for utility services is being compiled. They are expected to be drafted into the Russian army in exchange for debt forgiveness. There are a lot of malicious defaulters in the occupied territories, where the Russians have destroyed the housing stock and infrastructure, have not created the promised jobs, and are not struggling with months of arrears in salary payments.

The invaders have legislated the operation of mobile pharmacies in the occupied territories. The law has been considered by the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Instead of rebuilding the network of stationary pharmacies or FAPs destroyed during the storming of settlements in the Luhansk region, the invaders are forcing local residents to use a mobile service that will arrive approximately once a month. Mobile pharmacies will appear from September 1, 2026. One such pharmacy will be able to serve up to 50 settlements according to the approved schedule.
