"11 times the Russians stormed the positions of Ukrainian soldiers in the Lyman and Slovian directions. They tried to advance near seven settlements. In Luhansk region they struck with mortars six times. In four cases they used barrel artillery. They directed five UAVs in our direction," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk regional military administration.

The so-called "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR" reported statistics that were shocking for the invaders. In the occupied Luhansk region, the number of administrative offenses has tripled. In addition, this contractor has no experience in housing reconstruction. Even a representative office of this company was not opened in Lysychansk itself during the occupation.
