"The Russians fired various types of weapons at settlements and fortifications of Ukrainian defenders in Luhansk region. The enemy struck 11 times with mortars. In seven cases, they used barrel artillery installations. Three times, they used automatic grenade launchers. 28 drones tried to hit the targets," said the head of the region, Oleksiy Kharchenko.
He added that the enemy attacked 12 times during the day on the Lyman and Sloviansk sectors of the front.
In the so-called "LPR", students of the local "University of Internal Affairs" are being recruited into the Russian unmanned troops. Even the administration of the educational institution, whose representatives organize campaign events with the participation of Russian army soldiers, is trying to get rid of the young people before they graduate. In addition, cadets are being sent invitations to sign a contract. The institution's information stands are also filled with relevant materials.
Only 16 cultural workers agreed to move to the territory of the "LPR" from different regions of the Russian Federation for additional payments. Specialists are in no hurry to change their stable life for something worse. Even for money. The shortage of personnel has arisen at all levels. And not only in the territories captured in 2022, which Russia caused significant destruction. But also in the cities and villages occupied in 2014. The population is leaving in search of a better fate.
