From September 1, in the so-called "LPR", the Russians are forcing domestic birds to be marked and issued a state registration order if the owner's personal subsidiary farm contains more than ten heads. For the lack of marking, the owners will face administrative responsibility.

In order to enroll a child in a creative club or sports section, in the "LPR" it is necessary to have a child's account on the Russian state services portal.
