"Yesterday, the occupiers shelled the territory of the Luhansk region with all available weapons. In particular, they fired 10 times from artillery. In seven cases, they hit with mortars. Twice - with grenade launchers. They directed 15 drones towards our defenders," said the head of the region, Oleksiy Kharchenko.

On the Lymanskaya sector of the front, the enemy attacked six times near four settlements.

In the so-called "LPR" more than half of the positions of doctors are empty. Vacancies are open, but there are not enough specialists who would like to work in the region. The deficit is 54.5%. About 5 thousand positions are vacant. Moreover, among the working doctors, 15% are employees of retirement age. Young people, in turn, almost do not leave. The situation is close to critical.

In the absence of Russian disability documents in the occupied Luhansk region, it is forbidden to park in specially equipped places. These are documents issued before March 1, 2023. That is, certificates of the Ukrainian sample or "LNR"-style papers. At the same time, if the documents are issued in accordance with Russian legislation, residents with disabilities can park their cars in special places, even if they are not drivers themselves.
