While shelling the territory of Luhansk region over the past day, the invaders struck three times with mortars. Two more times - with automatic grenade launchers and with cannon artillery. They also fired from a multiple launch rocket system. They directed five FPV drones towards the Ukrainian defenders and dropped them from a drone.

In Luhansk Region, the enemy tried to advance near Nadiya. In total, it stormed the Lyman direction five times.

Three weeks before the start of the heating season, when the pressing should already be carried out, the so-called "LPR" became concerned about the state of affairs in Alchevsk, Siverskodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne. Because the invaders did not have time to prepare these cities for winter. During the 12 years of occupation of Alchevsk, almost the entire heating system there was in a state of emergency, and last winter the residents almost froze. In the three other cities mentioned above, in the previous four winters, the coolant was either not supplied at all, or only nominally - to support the heating system.

The Russians have indefinitely suspended the water supply to Svatove. The reasons are not given. The terms of connection are also not specified. However, throughout the territory of the "LPR" the poor condition of water pipes and pumping equipment is evident. During the years of occupation, they paid almost no attention to the issues of planned and major repairs. Over time, problems began to arise everywhere.
