The life of our community has expanded its geographical boundaries this year. We have not just adapted to new realities, but are also actively looking for tools for development and integration where there are opportunities for restoration and synergy. Now the Siverskodonetsk community is strongly connected with Transcarpathia, and this connection opens up unique prospects.

Today, the large-scale Region Ready project was launched, the key drivers of which are ULEAD with Europe, the Ministry of Regional Development and international partners. The Zakarpattia region is among the eight pilot regions that will develop a Regional Development Strategy for the new planning period.

As members of the Association of Ukrainian Cities and a community integrating into the western regions of the country, the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration sees huge potential in this. Special focus on cross-border cooperation and European grant programs. This is a bridge to new resources, experience and partnerships.

One of the practical steps in this direction was the discussion of the future of the Rehabilitation and Social Cohesion Center "Forest Cottage". Together with the Executive Director of the Luhansk Regional Branch of the Association of Ukrainian Cities , Natalia Boyko, we discussed in detail potential project initiatives for the development of this complex. Even at a distance, we are laying the foundation for the revival and transformation of those locations that are symbols of our home, the center of our attraction, combining Ukrainian aspirations and European planning standards.
