Oleksiy Kharchenko led the delegation from Luhansk Region at the International Summit "Carpathian Integration Initiative" and the first "Carpathian Economic Forum".

The results of the two-day work in Ivano-Frankivsk region were summed up by the head of the regional state administration, Oleksiy Kharchenko, as well as the heads of the Siverskodonetsk and Lysychansk city military administrations, Yevheniy Boyko and Andriy Shybayev.
