"Eight times the enemy tried to advance on the Lymanskaya sector of the front, attacking near four settlements. In the territory of Luhansk region, the Russians fired six times from artillery. Five times - from mortars. Three times - from automatic grenade launchers. They used multiple launch rocket systems. They directed nine FPV drones towards the Ukrainian defenders and carried out seven drops from UAVs," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the region.
12 years in the so-called "LPR" cannot solve the problem of the shortage of notaries. Of course, such a problem was predicted in the cities captured and half-destroyed four years ago. However, it remained in the settlements occupied in 2014. Appointments for admission are spread over almost the next six months. In addition, due to legal inconsistencies between the existing legislation in the "LPR" and the Russian legislation, the procedure for issuing documents and registering rights to real estate is significantly slowed down.
Another emergency at a pumping station with outdated equipment has cut off water supply to hundreds of thousands of residents of the "LPR". Thus, in the heat, residents of Alchevsk, Perevalsk, Bryanka, Kadiivka and 34 other settlements were left without drinking water. All of them were captured 12 years ago. Only emergency repairs are being carried out on the equipment. The poor condition of the pumping stations does not concern Russians.
