"The Russians fired various types of weapons at the settlements of Luhansk region and the fortifications of our defenders. For example, they fired 10 times from barrel artillery. In four cases they struck with automatic grenade launchers. Twice they fired from multiple launch rocket systems. They also used mortars and FPV drones. They dropped eight drones," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the regional military administration.
The enemy stormed the Lymanskaya sector of the front 10 times. Six settlements were covered by combat clashes.
In the so-called "LPR", entrepreneurs are forced to report on real estate that has not been used for a long time. That is, which can then be "squeezed" into municipal ownership. In response, they promise nothing, except a possible reduction in the rental rate throughout the occupied Luhansk region. In addition, Russians recommend that entrepreneurs who rent premises whose owners have evacuated abroad apply for further lease after the transfer of the facility to state ownership.
The invaders are denying the residents of Lysychansk a show of restoration. Work is being carried out only on buildings that survived the storming of the city or suffered minor damage. The Russians are indifferent to the real problems of the residents. Residents of one of the high-rise buildings once again turned to the occupation administration with a request to overhaul the roof. They received an answer that the object was not included in the list of works planned for 2026 and 2027. They do not promise to put it in the queue for subsequent periods.
