Dear Ukrainians!

Today we continued our work so that we have air defense. This is practically every day, absolutely. Without a break. It is very difficult. We need to look for missiles for air defense, additional systems. Especially against ballistics. In a few days we have already contacted our partners - the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, France and America. This week I have given separate tasks to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. I am waiting for the results. Now all officials need to deal not with abstract things, but with very specific ones - air defense for Ukraine, finances for Ukraine, the necessary means and solutions for the front, for the stability of our state.

The next few weeks will also be important in this regard - we are preparing for meetings and negotiations, for visits to Ukraine by partners. Missiles for the Patriots are a priority, and, of course, we understand that the political will of the United States of America would definitely be enough to fill the Patriots deficit, but such support is not enough yet. We will use all channels to convince. Thank you to everyone who helps us. I am also grateful to every partner who is with us in the diplomatic process and is thinking about how to force Russia to move to an agreement. We must end this war with dignity, end it with real peace.

Now, every day, we are ensuring the results of our long-range sanctions against Russia, as well as medium-range sanctions. It is important that our people in Crimea and other parts of the occupied territory of Ukraine understand that the Ukrainian goal is only to make the continuation of the occupation as unbearable as possible for the occupier. And we are doing this. I would also like to note our operations against the Russian oil industry. They are very far from stabilization, although they are trying to tell us something different now. We need to end this war, and only this can be a step towards normality. Today, I want to thank all our soldiers - each and every one who is fighting for Ukraine, and especially in such difficult areas as the Donetsk region, Zaporizhia region, Kharkiv region. Fighting is also ongoing for Konstantinovka, which Putin has already claimed for himself, but it is clear that he will never risk appearing there. Because in reality, his only concern is Moscow, St. Petersburg and residences. This is the greatest cynicism of this war: a person who relies only on his inner circle, on Moscow and on his favorite residences, burns everything he can reach, and kills even his own citizens, at least thirty thousand per month - just so that he alone does not make decisions about peace in the future. This June - also almost 30 thousand confirmed defeats of the Russian occupiers at the front - killed and seriously wounded. The first in terms of the number of defeats among our defenders is the Special Operations Center "Alpha" of the SBU, - thank you, soldiers! We will provide more means for all our units - from deep strikes to those focused on medium range and frontal defense.

We are now preparing a serious conversation with our partners about new formats of sanctions against Russia and steps that could limit Russian income and ability to wage war. Ukraine sees this prospect, what can be done. We need to put pressure on Russia to ensure peace. Ukraine has already provided all the proposals, all the diplomatic options, and we expect that during these months ahead, the conditions for a decent peace will be approached either by force or diplomacy. Thank you for protecting Ukraine.

And one more thing. There is intelligence again that the Russians are preparing a new massive strike. This is in the spirit of Putin - right after America's Independence Day and before the NATO summit in Ankara. Russia wants to add to the evil and kill people. Please take care of yourself and pay attention to the air alarm signals. And separately for partners: any delay with missiles for our air defense, with missiles for the Patriots - is a loss of lives, and this encourages Russia to fight further. The world has the necessary quantity and quality of air defense - your decisions are needed so that there is real protection of life in Ukraine. And above all, this is, of course, the decision of America, the decision of the strong in Europe and in the world. Please be active in decisions and protect life. Missiles for the Patriots are not needed in warehouses now, but in the Patriot divisions, in Ukraine. Thank you to those who are really helping.
