"In the territory of Luhansk region, 33 enemy attacks were recorded over the past day. The enemy showed the greatest activity in the air, using 27 unmanned aerial vehicles - four FPV drones and 23 ammunition drops. In addition, four mortar strikes and two artillery shelling were documented. Nine attempts to advance were repelled in the Lyman direction, and the invaders also attacked twice in the Kupyan direction," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
The leader of the so-called "LPR" signed a decree on the first cadastral assessment of real estate in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region in 2027. This process will cover all categories of land plots, residential and non-residential buildings, premises, structures, unfinished construction sites and parking lots. The decree is another stage in the legal consolidation of the region's forcible annexation, which is aimed at accelerating the integration of the occupied territories into the unified property and tax system of the Russian Federation. In addition, the cadastral assessment will allow the occupation authorities to identify "unowned" property - housing and land of Ukrainians who left Luhansk region, fleeing the war.
The enemy continues the forced integration and militarization of Ukrainian youth in the occupation. Cadets of the military training center, located in the premises of the relocated Volodymyr Dal SNU, took the oath in Volgograd. The center trains reserve officers and sergeants, in particular in artillery and mortar areas, as well as in the field of military-political work. Full-time students are involved in the training, to whom the occupation structure promises the assignment of military ranks with subsequent enrollment in the reserve of the Russian Armed Forces. This process is positioned as an opportunity for future employment in Russian law enforcement agencies. Through such educational structures, the Russian Federation attracts local youth to the ranks of its armed forces and prepares a personnel reserve for the continuation of the war.
