"Last day, while shelling the fortifications of Ukrainian defenders in Luhansk region, the Russians fired four times from artillery and mortars. They fired three times from automatic grenade launchers. In two cases, they struck from multiple launch rocket systems," said the head of the region, Oleksiy Kharchenko. "They also carried out seven UAV drops and used 12 FPV drones."

The invaders tried to advance 14 times in the Lyman direction near eight settlements.

From September 1, a project to operate mobile pharmacies will be implemented in the so-called "LPR". They are to replace the destroyed and closed stationary ones. However, their number will be much smaller - one mobile pharmacy will serve 50 settlements. It will come to a certain village or town once every few weeks. The rest of the time, there will be nowhere to buy medicines there.

The occupiers are once again failing to prepare for winter. Every year the problems only accumulate. In frontline settlements, the population's discontent can be hidden by turning off the Internet. In other areas, this is more difficult. For example, in Luhansk, the centralized heating system is 80% worn out. The situation is close to emergency. However, the last time major work was carried out there was on the eve of the start of the 2013-2014 heating season. Then Russia came and forgot about the communal sector.
