There are many myths and fears surrounding the admission of young people from temporarily occupied territories to Ukrainian educational institutions. They often arise due to a lack of information or misinformation about how the processes actually work.
In this post, we will analyze some of them and show what solutions and possibilities are actually provided.
Assistance with admission is provided by the educational centers "Crimea-Ukraine" and "Donbas-Ukraine", which operate from June 1 to September 30. They provide support at all stages: from completing the necessary assessments to passing the interview and submitting documents. Some of the processes can be completed remotely, even before departure.
Free housing is provided upon enrollment, as well as additional state support and assistance with adaptation after moving in. After enrollment, students may apply for scholarships in accordance with current legislation.
If you are just planning to leave, contact us. As part of the initiative of the President of Ukraine, Bring Kids Back UA helps you leave for free, confidentially, and with full support — even if you don't have documents. They select a safe route for everyone.
If you are not ready to enroll immediately, preparatory programs are available, including a "zero course" to brush up on your knowledge of the Ukrainian studies component, adapt, and calmly prepare for your studies.
You don't have to go through the introduction and training on your own - there is guidance and support at every stage.
