"Our defenders repelled two attempts by the Russians to advance into Luhansk region from the direction of Karmazynivka. It was there that the enemy focused its attacking efforts in the past day in the Lyman direction. The invaders also fired mortars and automatic grenade launchers. They directed 11 drones and FPV drones towards the Ukrainian Defenders," said Oleksiy Kharchenko, head of the region.

Free labor is increasingly being used by Russians in Luhansk Region. An example is the People's Guards, which are involved in patrolling streets and protecting facilities on a voluntary basis. Recently, the Russian security forces have tasked them with protecting sports grounds from vandals in the evenings. They themselves do not have time, or simply do not want to bear responsibility.

Schoolchildren in the so-called "LPR" are being returned to the Soviet Union.
