From March 1, 2026, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 25, 2026 No. 236 “On the indexation of pension and insurance payments and additional measures to increase the level of social protection of the most vulnerable segments of the population in 2026” (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution), indexed pensions by 12.1%

(indexation coefficient - 1.121). It should be noted that indexation is applied to the average wage indicator that was used to assign the pension.

In order to reduce disparities in the amount of pensions assigned in different years, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Mandatory State Pension Insurance" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), for applications received by 12/31/2025 inclusive, which have not been increased in accordance with the specified coefficient

indexation, the recalculation was carried out by increasing the average wage (income) in Ukraine, from which insurance contributions were paid, which was used to assign a pension, by the increase coefficient:

- for pensions assigned using the average indicator

salary (income) in Ukraine from which insurance contributions were paid, and which

was taken into account for pension assignment in 2021 and 2022 -1.061;

- for pensions assigned using the average indicator

salary (income) in Ukraine from which insurance contributions were paid and which was taken into account for the purpose of assigning a pension in 2023 -1.048;

- for pensions assigned using the average indicator

salary (income) in Ukraine from which insurance contributions were paid and which was taken into account for the purpose of assigning a pension in 2024 -1.036;

- for pensions assigned using the average indicator

salary (income) in Ukraine from which insurance contributions were paid and which was taken into account for the assignment of a pension in 2025 -1.024.
